Nepali, PhD, Executive Director: Dr. Nepali did his PhD on Human and Natural Resources Studies specializing on land reform, livelihood and social conflict in Nepal from Kathmandu University/ Zurich University with Swiss National Centre of Competence in Research (NCCR) North- South fellowship. He has more than 13 years of experience on development and research at multilateral, bilateral, international non-government organizations |

Ms. Shristee Singh Shrestha, Programme Coordinator: Ms. Shristee is a development worker with about 7 years of work experience. She holds a master degree in Human and Natural Resources Studies from Kathmandu University. Since the last five years, she has been engaged in research on land issues and women and has several publications to her credit. |

Mr. Kabin Maharjan, Research Officer: He is currently doing his master degree in Human and Natural Resources Studies from Kathmandu University. He has been actively engaged in Desk Studies, Different Field-Based Researches, Evidence-Based Policy Debates and Report Writings at COLARP. |

Mr. Kedar Chandra Bhatt, Researcher: Mr. Bhatta is a PhD scholar on Rural Development from Tribhuvan University, specializing on Empowerment, Development and Livelihood for Dalits in Nepal. He has more than 15 years of experience on legal sector (Advocate) and 16 years of experience as Economics lecturer in various colleges in Kathmandu and also working in human right organizations, campaign for Human rights and social transformation (CAHURAST), Nepal. |
